A new star has risen in the Australian pageant world! Lexie Brant of Queensland was officially proclaimed Miss Universe Australia 2025 in a spectacular event held on Friday, August 15, at Crown Perth in Burswood, Western Australia. The 21-year-old model from Brisbane outshone 29 other contestants to clinch the national title.

Lexie now carries the honor of representing Australia at the highly anticipated Miss Universe 2025 pageant, which will take place in Thailand this November. She was crowned by her predecessor, Zoe Creed, who represented Australia at Miss Universe 2024.

Beyond her stunning beauty, Lexie is a woman of intellect and purpose. She is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and works at the Brisbane Private Hospital, balancing her studies with a professional modeling career.

Her platform as Miss Universe Australia is focused on a cause close to her heart: the importance of early childhood development. She also champions a powerful message that "true beauty lies in how we show kindness, express gratitude, and uplift those around us," a philosophy she hopes to share on the global stage.

The competition also celebrated other remarkable women. The first runner-up was Ivy Prempeh, followed by Cara Mooney, Bianca Black, and Ash Donner as the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The Top 10 finalists included Nadia Delis, Georgia Dewstow-Smith, Chloe Hardy, and Asha Cooper.

As Lexie Brant prepares for her journey to Thailand, she stands as a powerful symbol of beauty, brains, and a big heart. Her dedication to her studies and her advocacy for childhood development make her a compelling and inspiring representative for Australia on the world's biggest pageant stage.
