Chonburi’s Patthama Jitsawat Appointed Miss Grand Thailand 2026
The 32-year-old veteran outshines 76 candidates to secure the national title and a ticket to the international stage in India.
A Historic Victory at MGI Hall
BANGKOK, Thailand – In a high-energy finale that captivated pageant fans across the globe, Patthama Jitsawat of Chonburi was crowned Miss Grand Thailand 2026 on Saturday, March 28. The star-studded event, held at the MGI Hall in Bangkok, marked the 13th anniversary of the country’s most popular national competition.
Jitsawat, a 32-year-old beauty who has been a consistent favorite throughout the preliminary rounds, officially succeeds last year’s titleholder, Sarunrat Puagpipat of Phuket.
The Rise of the "Powerhouse" Court
The competition was incredibly tight, with 77 delegates representing every province in Thailand. The final results for the Top 5 were:
First Runner-up: Panasaya Angelica Damaagd (Buriram)
Second Runner-up: Ilin Nabsuk (Phuket)
Third Runner-up: Natthakitta Kerdkanchiroj (Saraburi)
Fourth Runner-up: Naruemol Chaloemroek (Sukhothai)
The evening was graced by the presence of the reigning Miss Grand International 2025, Emma Mary Tiglao of the Philippines, who witnessed the spectacular production and the crowning of her potential successor.
Mission: India 2026
Known for its emphasis on "Grandness" and advocacy, the Miss Grand Thailand organization has high expectations for Jitsawat. As the new ambassador for the "Land of Smiles," she will undergo intensive training in preparation for the Miss Grand International 2026 pageant.
The international competition is set to take place in India this October, where Jitsawat will compete against over 70 delegates from around the world, aiming to bring the golden crown back to Thailand.
