The Miss Nepal 2025 pageant culminated in a glittering finale on Saturday, August 30, at the Godavari Sunrise Convention Center in Lalitpur, where Luna Luitel, a 26-year-old from Kathmandu, was crowned Miss Nepal World 2025. She will now represent her country at the Miss World 2026 competition, for which the date and venue have yet to be announced.



A New Era of Queens

This year's pageant, the 31st edition, introduced a new title, Miss Nepal Cosmo, alongside the established crowns of Miss Nepal World, Miss Nepal International, and Miss Nepal Earth. The 26 contestants competed for these four coveted titles.

Here are the new titleholders who will represent Nepal on the global stage:

  • Miss Nepal World 2025: Luna Luitel (Kathmandu)

  • Miss Nepal International 2025: Urusha Bhandari (Achham)

  • Miss Nepal Earth 2025: Sony Ghale (Rasuwa)

  • Miss Nepal Cosmos 2025: Deepshikha Nepal (Jhapa)

Urusha Bhandari will compete at the Miss International 2025 pageant on November 27 in Tokyo, Japan, while Sony Ghale will head to the Philippines for the Miss Earth 2025 competition this November. Deepshikha Nepal will participate in the Miss Cosmo 2025 pageant later this year in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The new queens were crowned by their predecessors, Ashma Kumari KC, Karuna Rawat, and Sumana KC, in a symbolic transfer of the prestigious titles.
